Tenant Requirements:
Credit score of 650 or above. Clean background with no criminal history. Clean and verifiable references with no housing related issues. Monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent which is $4,200 or more, verified by a letter of intent from your employer, pension documentation, or 4 weeks of recent pay stubs. Every adult over 18 residing in the unit must submit their own separate application with the $50 fee.
Please Note: This is a 55+ community. At least one resident must be 55 years of age or older to qualify.
