Brown House Commons is a community based living facility dedicated to providing our residents with safe and quality housing. This community is focused on residents whom are 55 years of age and older. Brown House Commons has committed to keeping at least 80% of the Leasee population to exceed 55 years old. 

Our facility is located at 110 College Avenue in Waterville, and will feature 27 units. Tucked on a six acre wooded lot, you have the illusion of privacy and tranquility without leaving the conveniences of city living! BHC offers a variety of one and two bedroom units with several layouts to choose from. All rental units are connected by a main hallway which fosters community focused living and most of these units also offer private exterior exits.
